| WINNING THE BID PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE ANYTHING FROM THE WALLS. If you have the winning bid on an item, your name will be circled in RED on the bid sheet. Please proceed to the cashier’s desk. One of the Arts Guild staff members will bring the bid sheet to the cashier’s desk. Once payment has been received, the artwork will be wrapped up for you. Payment by local check, credit card and cash only. |
| IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE CLOSING PARTY If you are unable to attend the closing party and you have the winning bid, you will receive a phone call from an Arts Guild member. The gallery will be open Sunday, March 25, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm and Monday, March 26 10:00 am - 2:00 pm for you to purchase your items. If you have not purchased your item or made other arrangements by Monday, March 26, 2:00 pm, the next name on the bid sheet will be notified. |
